A Diabolical Bath Time

I'm here to splash and play

Like I'm doing water ballet.

Bubbles flying everywhere.

Until Mommy falls off her chair!

Splash, splash, splash galore.

There goes Mommy on the floor.

Wait, did I just yawn?

Oh, poop.  The water's gone.

Slap!  Smack!

SPLASH!!!!

"Chase," Mommy huffs.  "You're driving me crazy."

She tries to give her very best glare, but I can't help laughing when her face's covered with bubbles like a bath time teddy bear.  As soon as she wipes them away, I splash the water again.

"Stop!  You're supposed to be calming down."

"Did you use the lavender bottle?"  Daddy asks and ducks his head in to check.

"Of course, I did," Mommy seethes.  "Can't you smell it?"

Smell it?

I give a sniff and, yes, there is a nice lavender scent.  How thoughtful of Mommy to make my bath time smell so lovely.  Should I reward her?

SPLASH!

"Chase!  I, AH!"

THUMP!

"What was that?"  Daddy dashes into the room to find Mommy on her rump on the floor.  "Did the bubbles make you fall?"  He asks and starts to sit.

"NO!  Don't..."

Too late, there goes Daddy off the chair as well.  He lands right next to Mommy.  His rump making an even bigger thump.

SPLASH!  SPLASH!

Water flies here and there.  Water is flying everywhere.  Some on the mirror, some on the wall.  Some straight over the edge to drench Mommy and Daddy after their fall.

"Chase!"  Mommy warns as she starts to stand.  "You cut that oUU..."

Down Mommy falls again.

"These bubbles sure are slippery,"  Daddy says and shakes his head.

"Yyyyyaaaaaawwwwwwwwnnnnnnn."

Wait, was that just me?  Did I really yawn?  Am I getting sleepy?

"Yyyyaaaaaaawwwwwwwnnnnnnnn."

No, I must keep up these antics.  I must make a bigger mess.

I must, I must, I must!

"Yyyyyyyaaaaaaawwwwwwwnnnnnn."

Gurgle, gurgle, glug, glug.

Drat, the water's gone.

"Yyyyyyaaaaaaawwwwwwnnnnn."

Maybe tomorrow.  For now, some shut eye.  Time for this baby to dream of diabolical ideas to try
